Instructions for use

Apply the oil to clean, dust-free, and perfectly dry leather.

Pour a small amount onto a soft cloth, sponge, or brush, then apply in a thin, even layer. Allow to penetrate for several hours, or overnight for very dry leather. Then wipe off any excess with a clean cloth.

To restore particularly dry leather, you can repeat the application after the first layer has been completely absorbed.

For regular maintenance of your leather shoes, boots, or equipment, alternate with A. Godillot Imperial Grease.

Precautions for use

Neatsfoot oil is a highly nourishing treatment. It can darken leather, especially during the first application.

Always test on an inconspicuous area before treating the entire item.

Preferably use on smooth, thick, dark, or very dry leathers. Do not use on suede, nubuck, patent leather, or very light and fragile leathers.
